As you know I am spinning up “Fair Entries” right now. Here’s one of those. This is a deliciously drapey fine yarn strung with shells, and beads that resemble shells.

I have a matching skein that is left un-beaded. Now I’m thinking of other yarns that will be created to work with these two (I’m out of the fiber that created these two skeins, good thing too! It was the batts that had no end story! ). Eventually these will find their way into a shawl with a nautical theme.

I love crochet and hand-spinning. I am visually impaired, and thus extremely tactile. I love texture and color, and creating things that feel good, and look good has made life richer and warmer.
