Pink Wensleydale

Pink Wensleydale

It’s not as clear as I would like, but that happens when trying to capture a still off of moving video!

This is the pink wensleydale I was spinning today at the demonstration. (Or I should say yesturday!)

This lovely shade of pink was produced using Kool Aid, Pink Lemonade. I ran out of my other dye stuff, and used my emergency dyeing supplies (kool aid or other drink mixes…minus the sugar!)

About thegoldenme

I love crochet and hand-spinning. I am visually impaired, and thus extremely tactile. I love texture and color, and creating things that feel good, and look good has made life richer and warmer.
