Small bits of yarn offer you the creator/inventor/artist to play around with colors, textures, or to learn about a fibers durability, stretch memory or resiliency.

I love making hats and scarves about of many different kinds of yarn, mostly my handspun. I mean who else owns a recycled sari silk, yak, camel/silk, alpaca, wool, acrylic hat? I’ll get a pic of that one 🙂 It’s a must see, too fun, and get’s loads of oohs and ahs in the local IGA.

About thegoldenme

I love crochet and hand-spinning. I am visually impaired, and thus extremely tactile. I love texture and color, and creating things that feel good, and look good has made life richer and warmer.
