Ok! I did it…I was good and went and updated my etsy shop. I had meant to have my complete catalogue on my own website up and running by now…but um, yeah…the holidays!
That and my ads on Ravelry.com have been like keeping me hopping! YAY! Thank you to all of you who have purchased the Secrets of Yarn Project Guide I/II (Still on sale un Jan 1. Take advantage of it!). The guide is NOT on sale at my ETSY store.
My yarn how ever is! Right now the Knaughty yarn is available in the Aubergine Frenzy and in the Peppermint Surprise (see how it works up on Vashti’s blog) for only $10.95 a skein! WoW that’s a steal! Really 100 yds of hand designed luxury. This isn’t any cheap chenille yarn! This is cotton…very soft, very yummy and it WON’T fall apart!
I’ve had some pretty tough hookers test it out
Thanks for the motivation folks…
Oh! And don’t forget I’m announcing the winner of my December Challenge on Dec. 30th…Who will the lucky winner be? (I’m gonna draw names out of the hat, I love ALL the stories!)

Ooooh see my new colorway! Aubergine Frenzy!
My friend Bec took this photo for me…I lurv this yarn. This is the most lovely cotton chenille, and the little knots are delicately placed to add that much texture, but not too much. You can still show off your stitch work…these little bumps are just a novel surprise to keep life from being boring.
This yarn is available in Four Colorways…
Pepermint Surprise
Aubergine Frenzy
Licorice Sticks
Ahoy There Sailor
I’ll be listing them onto Etsy soon… If you wish to place an order with me…Just email me and we’ll get the ball rolling in advance.

Oh my! What a blessed blessed day! We had so much laughter, and fun around the house. That’s the best part of Christmas here. We laugh until we cry and our bellies hurt. The children are getting older, with a 14 and 11 year old, I had a hard time making it as magical as when they were little. So each year, the challenge gets more and more.
\
This year my husband ALMOST out did me again on presents. But he did out do me on effort. My manly man, actually went to Joann’s in Mt. Vernon, WA by himself, unescorted, with only the words Ott Light to guide him. His first visit he went in and out without finding the HUGE display of Ott lights. The second visit, well I’ll give you his own words…
“The second time I went into Joann’s I found the crochet hook holder for you, and then I asked for help about the Ott Lights. Then the woman showed me the obviously placed, huge display of them…”
THAT IS TRUE LOVE…I mean this is a man WHO WILL NOT ASK FOR DIRECTIONS! MUWAH… well and I got the F clamps I wanted for my drum carder. I broke the other one’s I’d bought for myself. So he got to brag about shopping for his wife, YET AGAIN in the hard ware store.
So I so scored…Another crochet hook holder, an Ott Light…and scissors (utility scissors to throw the family off the scent of my good ones…) and hmmmnmm oh yeah some word games etc
YAY!

This is a really REALLY great project. I met Jennifer Marsh at The Knit and Crochet Show in Oakland this past Fall. She is a lovely young lady committed to making a profound statement.
Bringing fiber artists and crafters of ALL ages from elementary school children to grandmothers and beyond! Click the link to learn more about this great project, a way to make an abandoned building beautiful, and protest at the same time in a PRODUCTIVE manner.
My daughter and I are participating. How about you?

Well all sheep poop, but this one poops jelly beans! I’ve bought this kind of thing for the kids before
Especially a crocheted “poop duck” which was too cute. But now i have my own pooping sheep.
So proud.

One more photo of this to post
My son picked this sheep out for me for a present. He demanded my husband and I each open one gift tonight. I normally have the kids open one IMPORTANT gift Christmas Eve. Usually jammies etc…well he was desperate to give it to me… what is it?
Look up at the next post
LOL

This little lovely gets a new home on Christmas Eve. A lovely mommy who is seven years old is taken in this poor orphan to give her a good home. I don’t know WHY I felt the need to revamp this baby doll I found in the thrift store, but I did. Now she gets a good home.
