There was a young woman from Camano
Who worked the yarn that she made-oh
When it was spun,
between her finger and thumb
with a hook she would sit and crochet OH!
OR
On a bench in a park, a young woman sat
Her hook in her hand, and her yarn in her lap
A gentleman spied the sweet sunny lass,
and decided to give her a tap,
The yarn ball did fly, and she poked out his eye,
and he said, “Being named John, gives you quite the rap.”
Ok that is my contribution to the whole sordid affair
LOL…
Woo hoo! Thanks for playing along. Very good.

What a terrific imagination you have! A crochet limerick contest…what a neat idea.
