Well, um… I hadn’t noticed the typo, of course I hadn’t looked over this pattern because it was the more traditional of the two I had submitted.
I just got a nice email from a lady asking if I was the Laurie A. Wheeler who’s sock patterns were in the Crochet~ Pattern A Day calendar and did the pattern really require 32 skeins of yarn and if so what kind?!
ACK…to all… The pattern requires 2-3 skeins. Two if you want single colored socks, and three if you want different colors for the heel/toe. It takes a full three skeins for a larger sized/man’s sock.
