I told you she would out do me !!!

For several years now I have won the Best Use of Color award at our fair. In fact I, who like others to do well, told the Superindendant that no matter what, I didn’t want to win it again a few years ago, and that I wanted to win it back. So, my friend won it, and I won it back.

By the way this is a revolving ribbon, it gets something little attached by the winner, and it revolves. That’s why I wanted others to win it, I think it’s more fun that way.

So, our Superindendant (who donates the prize for this) chose my daughters granny square scarf…it’s not just any granny scarf :) Nope she used my scrumblinis :) TADA!

But she did it all herself! I am SOOOOOOOOOO proud of her, I’ll take pics tomorrow and post to the blog! Only 13 and snatching the best use of color out from under my nose! Man!

There is no other competitor I would rather win that award than her! On her own, without mom’s help! SOOOOO proud!
